Basic toiletries missing in washroom like handwash, soap, toothpaste etc. No proper plates cutlery available to eat. Unhelpful staff. Reception guy was too slow during check-in. We had to make multiple calls for even basic stuff like towels, plates. Staff was confirming the check-in, check-out timing multiple times and was unsure/confuses of bookings. It was annoying as they kept calling me to confirm the booking more than 4 5 times in a single day even after I had checked in. Worst staff.
