Never ever go for Le Grace properties in Madurai. Recommendation from a FAMILY.Owner have multiple properties in the city and they send you to random property of their once you arrived. This random properties are the one which people will never book by looking at the photos or in person visit. So they use this to trick you by showing one nice property and actually allocating the pathetic place where NO ONE will dare to stay with family especially. Rooms were pathetic, moisture on walls, throw away furniture place in room, passage looks like low grade dharmashala, two dharmashala beds joined to make a double bed. Whole building is at least 30 year old and smelling like a low class beer bar. No water bottels or towels or anything provided.I went around 11:30PM and they said this is the only rooms we have otherwise you cancel the room.With no option left with 3 senior citizen n 2 kids we barely stayed for couple hours and checked out at sunrise. Pathetic experience. Its actually a marriage hall building. Forget to click the room pictures in mid night with that level of frustration.Room, hygiene, bed, service, security

I was rushed by the proximity of the location to a scan Center I planned to visit. To my shock the room was small as it was jus built around the bed. You need to close the door to get in and same as the access to dungeon bathroom. While the provided photo was kinda misleading and we are treated with a stench of bad linen and colourful blankets. I made alternate arrangement for the overnight stay and moved out as soon as I can.

I booked le grace home stay and the location of property is not accurate. There is no board or identification at the given location. when I call the hotel person, he gave different location and gave one room that also not in good condition. AC working fine but No heater, washroom full of smoke smell. More mosquitoes. If the maintenance is not good then they should reduce the rate of room but the price higher. Average
