First of all no professionalism, the staff didn't even escort us to the room. The room was terribly small, no space to walk around. They didn't even inform us that the kitchen closes at 10:30 pm, we had to order from outside. There was a power cut at night and there was no backup. When we used to call reception, there was no proper answer, the receptionist use to ask someone else and then answer. There was no electric kettle in the room. No window in the room for ventilation. At the check out time, they knocked multiple times asking to leave as there were guests waiting.Not recommending this pathetic place to anyone. If there was less than 1 star, I'd have given that.

I book hotel on this app i book this hotel with breakfast. when it was our check-in time they took 424 rupees extra from me which it was showing on his app n he was not having app that guy was saying me. Destination of hotel was poor, even room was not clean dust n cockroaches was there, TV was not working any program on TV only free channels, even toiletries did not provide only shower gel when was in floor cleaning bottle.. food price is so high. very all place to stay here.i.will never suggest anyone to go here plzz

very poor experience. No telephone device in the room, unable to call the reception as the number was not provided on the sticker on wall. they never shared property contact number. I was calling the mobile number provided on card but no one received.

It was pretty good experience. Food was good, room was clean n tidy, Sheets were clean too. Hassle free check-in so don't gotta wait long and my partner prefer this hotel only bcoz privacy, good staff, quite place and clean rooms.

It is nothing as compared to the description you put. Extremely remote location. No proper room service. No toiletries. Poor standard.Basically, it wasn't worth the money I paid you.

They didnt allowed outside food as kitchen is attached to the hotel..n& food there was not at all good.. it was horrible! We were empty stomach for the whole day
