Stay at the hotel was very pleasant and the staff was very supportive with their quick service I had visited this resort with my family for 1 night stay, the ambience of this place was amazing, good weather made it more fantastic. Food was good, where we had a choice of in getting it served in our room or the dining hall, we chose dining hall and the food was served piping hot by the staff Right from the check-in to checkout the process was very smooth, thanks to Miss Anvi and rest of the staff Pankaj Ramesh Vijay Lucky and Munna

nice hotel if you're planning to stay in panchgani. its 11 km away from mahabaleshwar on the way through panchgani towards mahabaleshwar. food was superb and quality, quantity was good. staff service and room cleanliness was good. book wooden cottages. they have own kitchen hence breakfast needs to be ordered by 9.30 am, dinner by 9.30 pm. have good playground for small kids hotel is exactly behind mapro and funcity zone, market. this is really an amazing place to stay, peaceful and calm. you can even enjoy staying in hotel all day. cottage type rooms are nice with amazing views of mountains. you can spend evenings in lawns and bonfire there. food is also nice but little expensive...room service is very prompt and they are very polite people. we got the chance to meet the owner of hotel, he is very humble and had the quality of managing guests in proper way. looking forward to visit again there.

The location of the property is very good, It provides a beautiful Ariel view of the mother nature and the property is surrounded by complete lush green. The newly built valley facing rooms are not the worth money spend. However, I recommend travellers to explore the deluxe villa rooms which are quite rich in interiors. The food served is purely home styled and we thoroughly enjoyed. We would be visiting again in future.

Stay was amazing as place is amidst nature in between farms and is still close to main road. Had a perfect weekend at Lotus Farms. A must visit place for a quiet time with your loved ones. Rooms are good and hygiene was maintained. Staff and service was prompt. We got early checkin also without any extra charge which already made it amazing.
