Luxury holiday home with swimming pool & garden

We have booked for luxury room for 3 adults, but the hotel provided us standard room, with no hot water, no drinking cold water, no dressing table, every 5 to 10 mins electricity was going off and for 3 single bed only 1 ceiling fan. Sorry but not at all happy because for making complain manager was not available in off and we waited till 4.30pm as the executive told us manager will come by 3 but he came by 5.30 but we were sleeping so he dint meet us as he dint wanted to disturb us. In evening 6.30pm i again spoke to him so he told we have this rooms only and the images you see online is put by goibibo. Sorry to say but it was not atall a good experience.

Horrible experience with brits palace. The day I visited, I found renovation work is going on complete brits palace. I was the only guest on that brits palace. Whole palace was vacant and sound echoes, it seems a ghost house. Also, the room was uncomfortable, that I feel some ghutan. Bhoot bangla lagta hai ye Brits. No nearby service is dere as general store, restaurant, medicine, even bike/car on rent. If anybody asks for taxi, manager provides but I came to know that manager fixes commision from taxi driver also. Conclusion, no nearby service, room uncomfortable, ghosts house, far from every service. I will never ever visit again.

For name sake Power Backup Generator, Swimming Pool both are not operating. After given multiple complaints also no responses from management. Renovation work is going there all over bungalow paint smells out side rooms and inside no ventilation zero arrangement made by management. water problem is there. My suggestion please don't prefer this bungalow (hotel)

Looks are deceiving! The rooms look completely different * They are more like lodge rooms and not the palace rooms. We were so disappointed after looking at the rooms that we immediately cancelled our booking and left the place. *. Also, its too far from the tourist spots. Wasted my time and money. Worst experience!
