Hotel location is near the mall road lift.. And very near to mall road stairs... Parking facility for own vehicle is not perfectly available.. Because it's on main road.. And hotel staff not perfectly behaved with our driver..food was good I only took breakfast.. Tea was so so not tasty.. I recommend this hotel for only one day stay... I don't prefer it for long stay.. Room cleanliness is good.. But main problem is room ventilation.. In winter you can ignore but in rainy and summer season... Ventilation matters.. So think twice before you go for this

This was my worst experience i have ever had.. ..... hotel ambience and services were like hell. lot's of flies were sitting and moving over window and chairs. Hotel room was smelling like hell. Doormat was very dirty and dusty. I have had a discussion ... executive Mr Rahul for booking cancellation but he was helpless...

Undermentioned are the points of bad service, 1 : small room for 3 person 2 : dusty fan 3: Dampness in bed lining and room 4: Dirty linen got changed but still had issues 5: Chargeable mineral water 6: room 207 the other room had Broken washbasin and dampness. 8: Had received poor service regarding cutlery . The best thing about the hotel was its food and the fact that it was on the road near Purana Bus Stand..We booked a room for 3 days 2 nights, Frankly we found the room somehow small from our expectations and the pictures that we saw on the website. It was the room viewing the back side of the hotel and the view was not at all good. We expected a decent room with a decent view.
