Hello Everyone, Never try to book this property, worst experience, too much DIRTY Ness Damp , Rats and cockroach,, Hotel Staff Rude Behaviour, after pay they charged Extra money 4000 Rs so please Stay away this type of cheap property,,

very horrible experience for me. smelly room. curtains are torned . chair are not cleaned for a decade. bathroom is so dirty. I don't recommend to anyone. you find better property at this budget. very bad experience.

बहुत ही ज्यादा गन्दा कमरा था इतनी गंदी smell पर्दों से, pillow cover से, bathroom से, सोफ़े से आ रही थी कि वहाँ सोना मुश्किल हो गया, Ac का पानी पूरी रात रूम के अंदर ही टपक रहा था जिससे पूरा कमरा पानी से हल्का सा भर गया था , बाथरूम की sink का पाइप निकला हुआ था जिससे सारा पानी पैरों पर ही गिर रहा था । but इनका suite वाला रूम theek था लेकिन मैंने इनका executive वाला book किया था , लेकिन बहुत ही बुरा और डरावना experience रहा , और खास बात ये है कि मैंने hotel वालों से अपनी प्रॉब्लम बताई भी लेकिन उन ...more

very bad experience,it was so dirty and smelly , washroom was not clean , everything is bad on that hotel and the receptionist was very rude avoid to book this hotel.In my lifetime it was my worst experience in this hotel.

everything about this hotel was good.rooms were clean, clean bedsheets, staff was humble and polite. great choice for everyone from single individuals to family members anybody can stay and it's absolutely safe. it's located within 300 mtrs from Kanpur rly station 9 no. platform side. Maharaja premium name suits the hotel.

i had to leave by 9 am, and asked that can i get breakfast a little early as the breakfast is included in my plan but receptionist denied that it can't be done. i advice to plz understand someone's necessity.

The behavior of staff is very co-operative. The rooms are newly renovated. They have a lift 24×7 with power back up. It was a happy experience staying with them
