I stayed in this hotel for two days a week apart while flying in and out of port blair. Firstly thanks to kunal whose kind and helpful nature really elevated the hospitability at this hotel. More a guest house actually. But just the basic amenities were brilliantly maintained, clean and comfortable. Since we were sight seeing and exploring the small city, we were glad we did not pay for a luxury hotel and instead chose mahesh residency which gave us exactly what we wanted, close proximity to airport and other tourist attractions, a comfortable bed and hospitable caretaker who welcomed us with refreshments and eagerness to help with whatever we needed. For food we went out as they did not have a kitchen, it was a boon we could try out some nice restaurants in aberdeen bazaar and marina park. Plenty of autos available right outside, a wine shop just beside the building, a medical shop , a confectionery shop and a couple of ATMs down the road. I would go on to say our stay here was better than the stay at TSG blue at havelock(which was disapointment in comparrasion to mahesh residency which was excellent). Thank you for a wonderful stay at port blair.

Review: This is a very nice budget friendly hotel, located at junglighat, just near the market. Pros- 1. Location is very near to airport. Anyone can get auto from airport and they will take only 40-50 rupees. 2. Hassle-free check in. 3. Rooms are very clean. Bathroom is also very nice and clean. 4. Staffs are very friendly . They are helpful in every aspect. Specially utpal mandal is very nice. 5. Breakfast was very tasty. Our ferry time was at 9.00 am. So they arranged our breakfast within 6.30. 6. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are also having nice sea view There is no cons actually. But this room is not for those who want beach in port Blair. But I don't think beach is necessary in Port Blair. You get to see beach in Havelock and Neil. Overall very nice hotel at port Blair. Highly recommended. very safe for family.

Located on trunk road and close by to all shops and restaurants. Very new, neat, and clean rooms, and Kunal the caretaker is a very courteous and nice person. It is just a lodge so no amenities to be expected and also doesn't have a kitchen and food to be ordered from nearby restaurants.I am providing a 5 start rating to Mahesh residency.

FREE breakfast sounds very good & attracts one to book room in this hotel. but BF coupons are issued, which you have encash at the next hotel. They will serve only 3 pcs poori (with subji) or 1 single alloo paroota is served with pickle. ok. but if you order curd ( dahi) or TEA/ Coffee , it's chargeable ! strange !

Well this one hotel has everything, Spacious and clean room, clean washrooms, nice welcome kit. Helpful staff. Location is in Junglee ghat, centre of port Blair. Buses from here available to anywhere in port Blair. wifi is available. You can book this one without a doubt.

Hari the care taker has welcomed us really well. He provided suggestions for the trip. Breakfast was complimentary and it was good. Hot water was available. Room was spacious and clean. He suggested to travel by scooty and arranged a scooty for us.

It was really good, neat and clean.... The room where we stayed was very big, a big space was there....the behaviour of the hotel boy in the reception was polite....it was near the airport and we could easily access all places from here.....

Very reasonably priced hotel close to the airport. The outside look may be ordinary of the lodge but the room from inside is neat & clean. Excellent service & also hotel provides handwash, soap, toothpaste & toothbrush.

it's a nice place to stay it's almost in center of City with full network and they provide good wifi. The breakfast is also good. I recommend this place for 2 night. Only set back is bathroom is little congested
