I do not recommend to stay in this hotel. nHotel staff is non responsive. No proper water arrangements in hotel. I was struggled for 3 hour to get the water supply in my washroom. Also, the worst part is the breakfast. They serve only one parantha and one tea only. Except parantha no other option of breakfast is available My recommendations to to visit in this hotel.

no complimentary breakfast after lot of discussion given 2 parantha per person with choice of tea or curd. rooms are dirty, even after lot of requests they denied to change pillow cover, bedsheet, quilt cover, no soap for bath available. smoking smell in every room. pathetic hotel.

first day was wrost as the room was nit given to us which had been booked. but on second day the room and the other facility was good. Avoid on rush time. Dinner and other eatable items were very good .

Overall nice room. But no toiletries like towel, soup, mineral and slippers etc even it mention in room facilities. Traffic noise also. But room is near and clean. Overall nice room.

Considering the cold in Shimla, there should be quilts and blankets, there was only one quilt there
