Value for money. The staff is cordial. Good Management. I have got free cancellation before 1 day of check-in. As I am scheduled to arrive at 4 am on the day of check-in, I enquired about the availability of early check-in(not specified anywhere in the hotel policy) before my arrival. The manager was understanding and real and to the point. He arranged a room for early check-in and confirmed it just the day before. I am impressed by his behavior. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

Manager is understandable and straight to the point kind of a person, He arranged me a room for early check-in at 5 AM. Double Non-A/C Room was quite good at the price I paid. They provide amenities like TV, Table, Chairs, Hot water and apart from this they provide cooling water in 1st floor. Bus stand, Railway station and restaurants are nearby from this location. Overall it was a good stay at Mamata Residency.

we booked two 3 beds non ac rooms. very neat and clean. staff were very coperative. there is no food available in hotel but if we asked them them the staff will provide you food from nearest hotels food. after completion of our schedule time the manager permit us to stay by taking half of the amount which is very usefull at that time. so finally happy with hotel. and good to stay with family.

We stayed in two days, rooms are very clean and hot water facility available. The management and staff was very good and very polite. It's very near to bus stand, Railway station and Govindaraju swami temple. We have a lot food options near by hotel. Very satisfied.
