Mango Farm House Awas

So, my trip began with being stranded in the middle of the road in the rain trying to get through to someone at this resort. Finally, the lady who answers  explain her hotel procedures instead of calming a guest in distress. Lady whoever you are, learn some hospitality and manners cause, well you're working in Hospitality!!  Now, to the hotel. Its a quaint cute property and all, but dude can you please maintain upkeep? Like the rooms are mouldy, and the doors are all tough to open and close cause of all the moisture! Even the windows don't open close smoothly. There are no dustbins, no tissue papers, no hand towels. The rooms were probably cleaned once, 10 days ago? Cause there were dead insects inside. Oh and the BIGGEST CONCERN! Privacy. At midnight me and my roomie saw the room latch turn, someone trying to get in!!!! We quickly called the groundskeeper who swiftly replied "no it wasn't anyone". Like he wouldn't take our fears into consideration? He just snubbed us! This was a major scare! Please HIRE SECURITY! There's no phone in the room. You have to call the groundskeeper everytime. Like why? Why can't the over smart woman be here to help? Give her some work,maybe? Food is mediocre, slightly over priced. The pool, is dirty. Dead frogs and insects. So, maintain upkeep? Clean it regularly? There is absolutely no hot water, so don't waste your time in switching the geyser on. There is not one thing about this hotel that makes me want to come back. I won't miss this place. It was a "OKAY" experience. Not great, not pleasant, just OKAY.

It's a great place if u just wanna relax and unwind.. away from the crowd, kinda secluded nice 6 rooms property.. courteous staff and very nice food (we had only veg ). They do arrange for spa if intimated at least an hour early.. rooms are a bit old , and would be better if the interiors are modernised a bit and a telephone put up inside to call reception. bathrooms are nice but theres a sorta French window in bathroom without curtain or blinds, however it opens to small area inaccessible to others, but still a lil more privacy could be provided.. They do allow you to dine and drink around the pool and that was the best time we had every evening. Beach is around 3km from the property, easily accessible by your private vehicle or they can arrange for the auto. Beach is also pretty secluded, so very clean and almost gives a feeling of our private beach. all in all, i would love to visit this place again and want to try their other property at kihim beach too..

My stay at Mango Beach House was awesome. The place is really serene and beautiful with great caretajers. The food is very homely and delicious too. We had a really great time amidst this fantabulous location!

Excellent resort, with very polite and supportive staff. Exceptional amenities and cleanliness. A truly exotic experience!
