November 202 - Value for money - located in City, main market, Rose garden, Ooty railway station, botanical gardens are very near by. Staff is very polite, they handled all our luggage and dropped to rooms while check in and check out. You can order food online from zomato or swiggy and the reception staff will receive and help your food order till door. Hotel restaurant has limited items in breakfast menus, dinner menu is good. Room service is very good.24 hours drinking hot water available. Rooms are clean and very good. I visited with 8 family member and had very comfortable stay for people of all ages. Total value for money due to very good rooms and very kind staff members.

Rooms were neat and clean and had hot water all the times which was needed for the climate, staffs working in Rowan tree was soo friendly and co-operative, they even helped me to arrange a suprise cake cutting at midnight without any hesitation, thanks for the staffs for memorable day. They will even help you out with arranging tour packages if needed.

Good Service Customer service is Five Star , No doubt about that , all the staffs from security.till Manager that I interacted with all are very, polite, understanding and helping, we had good experience with Mango hills Resort require Maintenance and provide some essential things like umbrella in rain seasons...
