At first they were not giving room when i arrived at hotel reception.In our conversation with them they said that payment is not yet arrived from goibibo to us.After that i called goibibo customer care number and they said to wait patiently for 10 mins and we will provide you checkin in 10 mins.And after 15 mins we were provided a check in at the hotel.we found the hotel is good and there room service is quite good.In non AC standard room 2 person fits best instead of 3 person.Had a good stay at Manila.

The location of the hotel is awesome. Bus stands are at walkable distance. Auto rickshaws are available in front of the hotel. The room and bathroom were cleaned. Lift is available. Room service is good enough.

the hotel was nice in the heart of the city,inspite of pre booking on arriving the hotel ,they asked us to wait that was disgusting.The hotel staff were not taught how to attend their clients.Bad experience

Its very old hotel. So bed and others are very old fashioned. When I booked a complementary bed tea was included. But the manager refused to give me. And charged Rs.50 for two Cup Tea..

The rooms were clean. Staff was cooperative. The food was a bit spicy but overall good. Near to Siliguri Jn and the taxi stand. It was a nice budget hotel.
