very very worst... π‘π‘no tv no proper soap to wash or bath they give in plastic wrapped used soaps π‘π‘π‘very bad service ever ..in fact if we go to any hotel rooms they give complementary 2 bottles of water .. here they haven't even provided one bottle of water .. very bad bad bad hotel ever we stayed π‘π‘π‘i will not even give 0 better now feedback should start with negatives .. no food facilities no near by good restaurant for normal foods .. π‘π‘π‘ bad service ever.. also if we request them for any thing too then too they speak in attitude π‘π‘Don't even bother that we are CUSTOMERS

Value for money. near by restaurant was very good for non veg and veg. for vegetarians saravanabava hotel maximum the piligrimages uses . Average . in the main road. all rooms are air-conditioning by votas AC. but the TV was 22 inch. no room service. the receptionist doing room boy job while check in. tips they are not accepting. providing 1 mineral water per day.

The room was full of dust, not cleaned properly. The reception area was full of cigarette packets and peaces. The reception people were drinking alcohol at the time when we enter there. Door has not a proper lock, no bath towel, neet blanket. Completely unsatisfied about the hotel.

Not as expected room when booking. curtains were dusty and not cleaned. No lift and entry was through a emergency exit like stairs.
