Hotel lobby under construction a bit of dust. Mr. Prajeesh was very helpful. Mareena Regency should award this person, his body language and humble person to handle customer. Very skill with PR. Mareena Regency needs to consider breakfast. In my case at 08:00am the food is not ready we only able to have coffee. Even though we have to pay for breakfast.

it was a very comfortable stay. Spacious rooms with clean linen n towels. AC, TV etc were working well. Complimentary BF too was good. Hotel staff was very helpful. Electric Kettle and Tea kits were not there. Wud love to visit again...

rooms are clean pest free,but require a bit of maintenance here and there,example shower head, fausset,water taps continuously leaking. the restaurant down below served good food.staffs are friendly. overall had a good stay

Nice location - Very close to the Subhash park and Marine drive The only problem I found is with the food. The food was not available in their hotel after 0830 PM and there are no good hotels near by to get the food.

Good old property situated in the heart of the city, close to shopping place MG road & marine drive. Rooms are spacious & cleanly maintained. Bathroom is very clean.
