Masi is located at a great location. Within walking distance of Kaloor Junction and yet far enough from the Main Road to offer a peaceful stay. Rooms were well furnished and well worth the price you pay. We checked out a little later than the official checkout time without any extra charges levied by the hotel. One of the better budget options in Kochi with Air Conditioning provided.

Hotel is located very close to main road. Walkable distance to metro and bus stand. The structure and lobby of the hotel does not reflect the interior or room. Rooms are just okayish. Don't expect more. Staffs are friendly and keeps good smile. Hotel main door is closed for 12am to 5am. Not sure whether there is any restaurant facility. This is pretty much about this hotel.

Had a pleasent stay at masi residency, we stayed here for 2 Nights.Staffs were so friendly from the time of check in, The Hotel is well maintained, clean matresses, Clean Bathrooms, rooms are well maintanined, just walkable distance from north railway station. over all there customer service was just fabulous.

nice cozy room. just right for two persons for a day. beyond a day you might feel cramped. the shower tap requires replacement. to add mr sebastian was really helpful.
