I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mayfair Resort and Spa in Kalimpong, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The resort offered a stunning combination of luxurious accommodations, delicious dining options, and top-notch service that truly made my stay memorable. First and foremost, the accommodations were exceptional. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The attention to detail was evident throughout, and I found myself feeling relaxed and pampered from the moment I stepped into my room. The breathtaking views from the resort added an extra touch of magic to the overall experience. The dining options at the resort were adequate. The quality of the food was above average, and I enjoyed every meal I had during my stay. However the taste of the food needs a bit improvement. What truly set my stay apart, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and valued throughout my time at the resort. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant impact on my overall enjoyment of the stay. In particular, I would like to extend a special mention to Sunaina at the restaurant. Her warm hospitality and attentive service truly stood out, and she went out of her way to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her dedication to providing outstanding service did not go unnoticed, and she is a true asset to the resort's team. my stay at mayfair himalayan spa resort kalimpong was quite pleasant. the staff is quite courteous and well behaved. the ambience is quite elegant and comforting. the spa provided a very good experience as well. the views available are extravagant. all in all a good experience.

it is a beautiful resort. Service is exceptional. rooms are one of the best i have stayed in. the bathrooms, the bed , the spa is just too good. highly recommended Game room for kids , good food, comfortable beds , exceptional staff and awesome spa

It was a great experience including stay, food, room. Every staff were very much helpful. The surrounding is beautiful. One thing needed to improve which include more variations and options in the buffet menu. Safety, Good location, Peaceful arena.
