It was a pleasant stay at this property. Very helping staff. Specially caretaker named Kuj was very actively helped us in all aspect. Very clean and well maintained property. One drawback is the distance from Police bazaar is around 7 km so it requires time to reach and also for roads to Cherrapunjee and dawki is little far . If you have your own vehicle then its not a big problem. Overall a must recommended property. Thumbs up Everything was as usual and smooth

Good Persons with good behaviour. Food quality is excellent. Buffet breakfast is fine. All of them are very co-oprative. Location is good but little bit far from city (police bazar). They are not allowing card. It's not fair. We are facing problem for that.

Rooms were good for the price. Very clean. No downsides as such. Just one small recommendation would be get a better mattress. The ones they had were pretty uncomfortable. But no other cons as such, breakfast was ok.

Room with no frills. staff is friendly and cooperative. Best thing is they provided heater and gyser. washroom was very clean and there was a bucket and mug. TV was working after staff recharged.

One of the nicest hotels in Shillong. Located 8.3 kilometer away from police bazaar, the city center. Good parking place. Nice restaurant with good food. Clean hotel with hot water.
