one of the best property not only because of the advantage of the Location only but also anything and everything here is good. The service , The staff ( Speacially the lady manage ) , the food , cleanliness , hospitality , courtesy of the staff is the best !!! The managerial staff is very helpful. Nicobari cottages are the best as they have a balcony towards the ocean and the Phoenix jetty. one of the best experience of all time.

The location is superb. While the nicobari cottages are on the edge, you can take any of the rooms and enjoy a scintillating view from the lawns and the restaurant. It is worth every rupee spent. The food is great and just a tad bit pricey but that is expected considering the quality. I would rate it a must stay place

Location is 3.5-4 kms from airport and just opposite the bay.......it is a serene place and it has a big green cover all and around...... it has restaurant and bar......food is great.....rooms are very neat and clean.....staff members are very humble......even all the people in andaman are very polite and humble......

Nice place to stay in Port Blair. Location is not in Centre of city but good if you want a peaceful and scenic view from the resort. You can gawk at the sea from you room balcony or from open restaurant area. Overall a nice place and value for money. Room are spacious and clean. Well maintained. Food is also good

Beautiful location. we have booked bamboo cottage from where we were able to see the beautiful sea . rooms were good. the whole property is with great facilities. we were 2 couples for honeymoon we stayed here for 4 days.

Great Resort - Very Centrally Located. Sea View Rooms are the best. Food is quite okayish. But the location, room quality, service is superlative. No swimming pool though. Good value for money.
