Megh Inn

Gave such a poor room, after turning on the tap of the basin in the bathroom, all the water was flowing on itself, garbage was coming along with the water from the bathroom tap, there was breakfast in our package but we were not told about it, then after a lot of talking, we were given breakfast and coffee. They asked to pay for coffee and said that we will get only bread for breakfast, give us money for coffee, we did not give it, then we said to pay it next time, there was no phone in the room, the service was very poor, there was no manners to talk, the staff who were there in the morning, sad very sad..

Booked a deluxe room but a small dingy room was provided, asked the staff about it they said this is the deluxe room, no pictures of actual room distinguishing information regarding which is deluxe and which is normal and how it looks is not available on the hotels profile, they can and are easily cheating customers. Taking a booking for deluxe and providing a below average room with no window and proper ventilation and abundance of mosquitoes. No towels provided. Nothing was clean chair, table all where dirty from the previous stay. Had to sanitize everything by my self.

Amenities & staff service was good but room was very very uncomfortable & Unsafe for couples & family we are very uncomfortable when Sleeping at night or afternoon because continues noise coming from windows about car & bike wash & also washing of Glass bottle Plates Room Height very low very uncomfortable for 5.10 Feet person

The classic room alloted to me could have been better. The previous experience at Megh inn was very nice comparatively. This time, the room looked little beaten up. Saw 2 cockroaches in the restroom. There was a delay in fulfilling the room cleaning request as well
