Had comfortable stay. Rooms are good ,clean. Staff is very helpful and professional. Location is just walk away from dal lake and very near to nishat bagh and tulip garden. Although it is a bit far from house boats and markets but that too comes with advantage of peace and calm location. Wud love come again. Stay blessed guys

It's kind off a boutique hotel just in front of the Dal Lake, very quiet and peaceful area. Will give you cosy feeling of a home. Nishat Gardens is just 1.5 kms and even Tulip Garden is close by. Services can be improved a little at the restaurant. Food was tasty however took very long for preparation.

Room service is poor. There were no towels in the room. We kept asking them but got them at late night. Food is pathetic. There was nothing available for dinner. We only got yellow dal with pathetic taste. Wouldn't ever suggest this hotel.No proper room service. That's the basic in any hotel.

The staff was warm and helpful. They were quick to relocate us on our request and gave us pretty big rooms. Location is at walking distance to Dal lake and you can enjoy long walks. Breakfast was pretty normal but people there were great👍
