1. this is like a homestay and not a hotel, so there is no room service. you have to walk to the canteen to have food or get stuff and cook for yourself. all facilities for cooking are available which is a great plus. we carried some basic stuff like milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc. on the way to the hotel we picked up dosa batter, oil n chutney powder. we could happily make food for ourself at the cottage. 2. no toiletries, bath towels are provided here. get your own stuff. 3. since the location is pretty far from the lake, be prepared to pay 300 for cab for one way drop. if you want to stay here to enjoy the weather and have a laid back stay, this is the place. amazing view of Kodai from here. just loved our stay. our caretaker, mr.muthu, was very helpful and was in touch with us one day before our scheduled arrival. only other downside is the 2pm check-in. but muthu had arranged for us to get refreshed and leave for the tour. the canteen/resto is very good and reasonable with home style food.

This place is an approved layout having multiple flats of 1 and 2 BHK owned by different people, few of them are offered on holiday rental by the owners. The One available on Goibibo is excellent. Booked 2 BHK for 3 night and the flat was clean. Had room heaters available in both the room, 50 inch LCD TV, geysers in both the bathroom, Gas connection with basic utensils in the kitchen along with electric cooker and an microwave oven. The place is around 5 KMS from the lake and advised only for people with own transportation. The food has to be ordered in advance, being off season the place was almost empty. The view from the room is ery good.

Very Good Place to stay with family where you can enjoy the nature with Mist in the Top of the Hill, where you can see entire Kodaikanal. The owner of the Property is very Descent and kind enough with good care. I really appreciate them. you will get seperate Cottage with two bed room along with Kitchen including GAS facility. I stayed with my family , Enjoyed the stay for two days with Good Amenities. I strongly Recommend this property for Family and Groups to have Fun. You do have care takers who will cook good for you .

The place is on Hill top. you will feel insecure as not many villas nearby are occupied. no security at all. the hometaker refused to give security number too. couples feel very much insecure with such lonely place and no people around. you definitely need a vehicle with you always as you won't have any eatery or medical assistance nearby. completely isolated place but the place is amazing as shown in pics. kitchen. facility is superb. in short.. room wise it's amazing, location wise it's worst.

This is a service apartment. Room with Kitchen, minimum cooking utensils , fridge , water purifier , 2 geysers , UPS ,oven , room heater and TV. Since the cooking vessels are minimum, you have to bring your cooking vessels according to your needs. The location of the hotel is awesome. It is just 2 kms away from the lake. Food option is minimum but own cooking is preferred. View from the room is marvellous. Recommended for families.

Excellent!!!!!!!!!! We stayed for 2 nights and three days. the cottage was maintained very clean. Peaceful atmosphere. location and accessibility is awesome... Very close to the city. Thanks to the cottage owner for providing us a good cottage. Also thanks to the caretaker of the cottage. He was very polite and helpful. Overall, very great experience :)

Pros 1. Cottage has a great view. 2. Gardens are well maintained. 3. Cottage are very clean. Cons 1. Cottage is at a higher altitude, final 1 km drive to cottage is a steep climb and it is very challenging for novice drivers. Sedan cars may find it difficult due to bumpy road. 2. No room service, basic stuff like towel and soaps are missing.

Hotel is actually in the city (within 3kms from city Centre) but its on the top of a hill so and travelling to the city to buy something is not eazy and thers no full time functioning restaurant . They take order nd make it. Only specific 2or 3dishes available.. But they ere tsty.. Equip yourself with something to eat in emergencies.

this is one of the excellent property and a beautiful place. however the Google map location of the property is not correct. location is top of a hill and no restaurants near by. owner rented cottages so don't expect a room service. other wise everything is excellent if you can manage few things own.

Excellent place to stay feels like home.please carry own food or you should know how to prepare food. This place has utensils to cook food, gas stove, microwave oven, fridge, aquaguard, induction stove. Since there are no hotels nearby please make sure you carry adequate amount if food.

All in all, it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ensuring maximum comfort. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Very relaxing environment, with a quiet and calming location. Absolutely great.

Best location in kodaikanal with excellent room amenities such as heater, kitchen equipment, power back up (inverter)big screen television, fridge, oven etc all in good condition. We had booked for 2 bedroom cottage (UR 16A) excellent cottage.

awesome location... the place is very good 4 2 or more days. it has a good view point this villa is good for honeymoon....! there is no service available like even water won't b provided. but the stay was good

Beautiful location and Hill view at top of kodaikanal. Approach road is tough and a steep climb for 1 km by car. But it is worth every penny for the astounding view. Rgds Kannan Krishnan

Nice place to stay .. With good scenic views food served with good taste. Food order should be placed from 7.30 to 9.30 am and dinner 7.30 - 9.30 pm and rated are ok
