Cafe and restaurant are given in the amenities but it's not there..bedsheets , bath towel, bathroom weren't clean..faucet wasn't working..only 2 days i got hot water..early morning when hot water was required it wasnt there..Just for 2hrs they charged me 350rs which was ok for me and i paid it.because of an emergency situation i had to check out early, so i asked for the balance money which they weren't willing to give..i stayed there only because my exam center was so close to the hotel..

A basic facility like hot water is not provided even after asking multiple times. Lift is not working. We had to carry our heavy luggages all the way to second floor. Room is clean but service is poor. It's worth the price only if they serve hot water. Location is good as well if you are looking somewhere near to ksr bengaluru station or majestic.
