Automation helps manage bookings and communication efficiently but I never let it replace the personal hospitality that makes guests feel truly at home. This career shift has been more than just a professional pivot, it's a lifestyle transformation. Hosting has connected me with people from all walks of life and from around the world. Its taught me the value of adaptability, empathy and the simple power of a warm welcome. I still think like an engineer in many ways, but my day to day work now centers around hospitality creativity and building meaningful guest experiences.
