The stay was nice and comfortable, with the beaches and other places nearby however we had to chase for everything like wifi, it was not getting connected and the person available in the facility did not know what to do and was repeating the same thing that the owner has to come to resolve the issue. then one day there was no water and we had to go chase the person to switch on the motor. On another day there was no power and when asked they said technical issue which will take 3- 4 hours to resolve. these basic things should be taken care without the guests chasing for them. And the main thing, you need to provide ID's for each and everyone even if you go there as a family. the host just bluntly said we cannot checkin if we cannot provide ID for my mom. They should mention that ID should be provided for every individual instead of mentioning all Indian guests in their policy, this will make it clear to the guests. Anyways my family had a good time in Goa, thank you.

the location of the property is quite near to baga beach. the room was clean at the arrival but one came to clean it further in my 2 night stay. tv was there but not connected with wifi. the ac was in running condition but the battery of the ac remote was drenched. one need search for the staff as the reception was mostly closed and the mobile nos of the reception were not working. my overall experience is not good. can't recommend anyone else to stay there until or unless they are improving their amenities.

One of the best hotel/appartment I ever stayed.location is very calm.Their services were good.neat and clean,safe and lot of space for parking.highly recommend for families who are looking for a safe and secure stay at Goa.

bad experience. no lifts. it's service apartment just for name sake. no kitchen essential were there. every thing was on request. ac was not cooling enough. overall waste of money.
