A beautiful property offering stunning views and comfortable stays. Can enjoy breathtaking views of the hills from the balcony. The rooms were neat and clean. Room service was awesome. I was blown away by the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and our room was beautifully prepared with all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out, however, was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff. Overall, the hospitality at Hotel Moonline exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Munnar. Very nice spacious/ventilated rooms with all facilities including Mini Refrigerator . Perfect location ..very close to the Munnar town. Nice view from the Hotel . Restaurant food was average ( Ala carta ) but the breakfast buffet was really nice with perfect spread) . Service quality was exceptionally good including the front desk team ( specifically Amir and the operations head Jenson ) .. Overall full value for money ..only improvement would be to have a few good dishes but nice ones for the restaurant menu .

I would say this property deserved a rating beyond 5. the hospitality i got here was exceptional. rooms, restaurants everything is perfect. the views you would get from your room balcony is serene, marvellous. You would get enough parking space, they have two parking spaces which can accommodate 9-10 cars. My stay here was very peaceful and amazing. Definitely i will book this property again and again whenever I visit munnar. this is the best budget hotel I would say.

Overall the stay was good. The view was Incredible and the rooms were also upto the mark expected. The restaurant was a peaceful place and the food was also good enough but everything was a little on the spicier side. Extra bed options should be a bit better as there was only a small mattress set a pillow and a blanket provided for the extra ...-ish rupees we spent. But other than that everything was alright.
