A true sample of excellent hospitality***** This has to be the best stay for me in Gwalior. Starting from the location, which is within the city itself everything was perfect. Although the country is going in the context of COVID-19, hotel staff made every possible effort to make my stay enjoyable and safe (most importantly). Rooms had ample space and the food was amazing, my meal and liquor was served in the room. And the garden that they maintain is extraordinary. The amount of commitment they put into maintaining that is a clear indication of their dedication. If anyone is interested in going to Gwalior, this hotel is the place. Note: this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the FOA Mr.Dhirendra Singh, who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! MPT Tansen Residency- Gwalior has changed my perspective towards a state-owned hotel.

Hotel is in the midst of city, one can connect to everywhere from hotel. Hotel staff is very courteous and professionally trained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay over here, whether it is food or room service all were quick & reliable meeting higher standards. Room size are quite big as compared to other hotels with similar price range. Would definitely love to stay over here next time and would surely recommend to pwople travelling to gwalior either for leisure or work. Quick service and courteous staff.
