Rating 2 ( Bad Experience). Hotel MS Ventura doesn't follow their own terms :-1) There was no one to show the room to us when we reached Hotel MS Venture on 24 July 2024 for stay, even when their GM, was present near the Front Desk. They told us to see the room by ourselves! 2) Front desk Executive Mr was considerably rude on 24 July 2024 evening when he reached for the night office. 3) Hotel MS Venture provided a COLD COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST next day on 25 July 2024 after a LONG delay. "Free Breakfast" is a CLAUSE to hook outside travellers who are looking for stay.However, we had to extend next day's stay (W/o Food for 25th to 26thJuly 2024) directly with Hotel MS Venture because there was no time to finalize with another hotel before Check out time (11:00A.M) here. 4) Hotel MS Venture DIDN'T PROVIDE GST INVOICE or any invoice for our stay on that day for 24th to 25thJuly 2024. However, Hotel MS Venture provided GST INVOICE for 25th to 26thJuly 2024. That was strange.

The room was very clean and good, only problem there's no generator and bhubenaswar has a lot of power cut. Rest everything was good, the staff, food and services.
