stay at nabagunjara terrace was just average. hot water availability is an issue as geyser in our first allotted room was not working. the property owner keeps asking the customer to keep changing the rooms during a single stay as per the bookings they have taken. there is no attendant to help to carry the luggages to 2nd floor. so for aged people, booking in 2nd floor is an issue. you need to manage lot of keys including the main gate key and the grill key as there is no security guard. otherwise the stay was just average. will think twice before deciding to stay here again.

Amazing stay with wonderful host family. Mr Pattanaik went out of his way to retrieve my brother in law's personal belongings mistakenly left behind at the airport and ensured they were returned intact. Strongly recommended for discerning travellers to this beautiful city

the behaviour of the caretaker is very aggressive. he shouted on the guests. Property is well maintained but i am not going to visit this place again. that caretaker person is not goot
