The hotel management is worst. The way they talk to the customer is horrible. There was no response from them before my arrival. The location of hotel looks like in a poor village and I couldn’t find after too much efforts. When I tried to call on their phone then the provided no. was not of that property. Therefore it was of the disaster experience with worst location and I decided not to continue my stay in that hotel and wasted my money.

The stay was mind blowing! No doubt, the place is just awesome even though it is in a very complicated location. Once you are there, you will love it. Me and my wife stayed there for a week, and we will come back again for sure!

This hotel was little bit interior in Aluva can be worked out only for resorting purpose. The official single traveller may not like this location. Otherwise the hotel, room and food and service is good

Don't depend on Google map to visit. Call the hotel before visiting. Spacious and clean room. 3 stars for giving me used soap which was repacked. Highly disappointed.
