the owner Mr. Roop Singh is very greedy for money.He will make only bread butter and omelette cost 180-150 rupees***********Mr.Roop Singh chare extremely high for side seeing.better not to take their hotel service and their worst car service.take taxi or other local car rental services.it will save your money. *******. at Pushkar you will not found any desert or sand dunes.it a less greenery land.at pushkar the hotel driver take commission from safari people.where in Jaisalmer you will do camel safari @300/camel and Jeep Safari 1500 their for their cheating you have to waste 2200-2500 for half n hour green grass and sand soil safari.no desert no sand dunes. the driver and owner will pressurise you to see rose at sand soil which is very far to see.all is to take commission from your money. 1st the hotel owner will say 1000 for side seeing then for each city side seeing he will take 900-1000 saying it's not part of the package.the worst service and very bad experience.

I had worst experience at this hotel at the time of check in. The hotel manager first of all was not ready to accept booking for children and asked us to pay extra when we had already paid for extra child. We were two adults and two children per room. However we had booked for two adults and 1 child of 10 because the system didn't allow for 4guest per room. So we were ready to pay for one extra child. He also used unprofessional language. It was a worst experience ever we had at any hotel. Please avoid such places if you don't want unwanted surprises.

First off all we didn't get two rooms as per our booking. They have told us that one of their guest fallen sick and that's why check out didn't possible for one room. However they have readily arranged two room in adjacent hotel which was not up to the same mark of this hotel. We are not satisfied with the service of hotel that's why 2 star. They should have keep in mind of advance booking.

It is not mentioned that the semi deluxe rooms don't have air conditioning. I had booked semi deluxe rooms for some important guests, and get to know about that same at the time of checkin. Even though we managed to get deluxe room after discussing with the hotel management, but it was a bit embarrassing for the guests. Details of all rooms shall be mentioned in detail.

Overall a bad experience, Owner was rude and Loud. I had money being stolen from my wife's purse. We clearly felt that during cleaning the staff have run through our luggage. room was not as per the promise, Hot water was not available 24 hrs as claimed and A/C in room was missing. All in all were very relieved at checkout, will not recommend this to anyone.

This is lovely place to stay. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The staff are excellent. The characterful host Mr. Singh is extremely knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions. It is near from train station also. The service is fast as well. And WiFi works very nice.

We book a room n there was some confusion *** hotel management was so good that they helped our guest n make them comfortable...thank u to management and it was nice experience that i will book that hotel personally** ....thank u naharsingh haveli for all help....

stay was good with this property, Things went smooth and nice with this property, It is a well maintained and budget property, location wise it is easy to access and it is near by railway station and overall i would rate it as 4 star Property.
