These hotel people are so confused. I have booked this hotel , first they made us wait for hours because they don’t know how to check hotel confirmation. I have already made a payment then they were asking us to make payment. We have paid for breakfast but they didn’t provide us with the breakfast . I don’t recommend this hotel.

i want to submit the following points which is the feedback from my side; 1. the hotel is near the mall road, nainital lake, naina devi temple and tibetan market. 2. the room is small. 3. the bathroom needs some improvement like cleaning and flush etc. 4. overall, the hotel is average in this price.

worst experience, there was no privacy and security and door locks were not working. the staff was very rude. They even denied check in and told me to pay the amount directly. worst place.

-10 rating, no water in taps, small rooms, very far from lake and no car parking, its like a building surrounded with slums.
