Naomi Beach Hotel

Pros:- The hotel is just 2-3 mins away from the beach however 2 kms from the main Nagaon beach where you will find more crowd and all food / tea stalls. After 6.30 PM, the beach which is at walking distance of hotel gets completely dark with no one on beach so extremely risky if you are going as a single couple after 7 PM. The hotel at night time is safe though so you only have the option of ordering the food in your room or on terrace where they have tables. The food quality is good and quite economical too except sea food items, it is as costly as Pune or Mumbai. It has ample parking space and as I read in reviews, it is not at all haunted place - very safe for a couple. There are several hotels in line attached to this one. You get ice, cold drinks, food and ice cream too in hotel so there is no need to go out of hotel for anything except the drinks which is not available in the vicinity. Good split AC's in room. LCD tv with remote in working condition. Cons:- The rooms are simply pathetic when it comes to Hygiene. I do not understand how the management dares to charge 2500 for the room. The bed linen is very short not covering the entire bed and looks like not washed since ages. For this, these smart people have not put white bedsheets to hide the stains. Just punch on bed and you will see and all dust coming out. The cleaning mob which is used to clean the common area and parking area, same is used to clean the room so you will always feel that stickiness an oiliness on floor. You will avoid walking on room flooring. To make situation worst, the floor mat is so dirty that if you pick it up a bit, you will see all dust beneath it. Also if the actual colour is red, it would look like blackish (see the pic). Now to the bathroom, just look at the bucket they give you for bath. Although it is a plastic, it looks like it is occupied with all rust. The bathroom floor might have never cleaned, forget about taking bath, you will be scared to stand on it. The commode is very dirty with stains. Look up and I am sure, you will see spider webs and lizards - I bet on this. Had I been the owner of this hotel, on the basis of its location, I would have made this one a first class hotel. This is managed by extremely poor staff who knows nothing about what customer wants and what hospitality means. They should charge somewhere around 500-700 if they continue with this quality. Once you go, you will never dare to go again in Naomi even if offered a free stay - trust me.

For a quick weekend getaway ideal location 2 mins walk from the nagaon chowpatty. Large rooms with AC, clean, hygenic spcious bathroom with shower and other facility. Hotel supplies mineral water bottle, basic sopa, shampoo and towel. Large open terrace sitting for eating. Lunch thali available on pre order at reasonable rate. Dinner may be ordered from restraunt menu subjected to availability. Food quality of lunch thali better than dinner dishes. Had free breakfast option, items served are very few options, not many will like. it is a basic hotel mainly good for location. .... Found it bit expensive but since it was long wekend, all places were expensve.

We planned a sudden visit to Alibaugh so booked a **** Hotel Neoni as we were suppose to reach by late evening and may be just a good place to sleep .But we reached almost at 8 pm as roads towards Alibaugh were horrible, mucky and stony which was unimaginable.. National Highway 66 throughout was bad.. we were so tired . we reached the Hotel at 10 after dinner. The Hotel was OK. But All rooms were stinking . I didnt expect **** hotel to be as such... Staff was co operative but would not suggest this hotel for family and couples Overall Hotel and Rooms

Pro- the in-house food served was good for the price they charged. we had ordered for Dalfry(awesome), with chicken & jeera rice. there is no option of resturants outside. Cons-we went in the last week of August. It was off-season. The place is isolated.Infact the ambiance is below average - anyone can be left murdered on the road. After sunset not a single soul was visible on the roads. I am not sure if this was due to the fact it was off-season. The beach is 2mins from the hotel - it ***** anyways i cut short a 2day trip to 1day fearing my security
