Hotel staff behaviour is very nice. All things are very nice. Complementary breakfast is worst. Food quality is good. One thing I don't like is the reception guy is not co-operative. I asked to boil the milk for baby. They did for one time but now they are not doing. I stayed in many hotels but none of them refuse to boil the milk for baby. They directly said no, we will not boil it. Only because of two things complementary breakfast and not boiling milk, giving 2 star. It was good.

Very Bad experience.... Property is good, but no maintenance... They don't give toiletries... Shop, towels... Nothing... Ded sheet are smelling Bed are not cleaning... Very dirty bed sheet... Even I called for changing... But they are not providing

the hotel is new establishment and there is no any professionally trained staff. No any management, very slow order delivery, location is not very easy reachable, but food is very testy so two ⭐

Check in was horrible. Faces many problems while check in. Bathroom is as tiny as plane bathrooms. Room and food are superb.
