The stay at the hotel was average.The staff and services at the hotel were very poor.The owner was good at the hotel.The housekeeping was also very poor.They did not cleaned the room well.The location was also very outer on the Bypass road.There were no restaurant available near by.They ordered food from outside.

The elderly Manager was very rude. He did not speak politely and even instructed us about how to sit inside my 2nd. Fl. Suite. Room service not prompt and the food was costly but not tasty. Tea was pretty bad. However, room was spacious and clean.

The stay at the hotel was very bad.They gave me another room which was smaller in size.The told me that the room which I booked was not available.They were asking me for extra money for the room.The overall experience was very bad at the hotel.

I basically prefer NCT when I come to Kolkata...itz my 3 times to NCT..everything is good ...But one thing is that the Check out time they told is sharp 10am...but they can consider upto 11am...after all stay experience was good at Hotel...
