Perfect Budget Hotel, has geysers and ok sized rooms and bathroom. Bed is very hard, so uncomfortable for old people. Location is not perfect, in a small lane from a steep upslope road to a one way. Outside surroundings are not the most clean also. Car parking not possible, bike you can keep on slope road in 1 gear. Manager Radhe is very welcoming and friendly person, will make you feel like home. Recommended for budget short stays as singles or young couples if no car. Best value for money I found!

The Manager Named "Vickey Bhaiya" was an amazing person. Also the room provided was quite compact yet at the same time was very neat, clean and well kept. You can definitely book this hotel without any grudges since the charges we also comparatively less as compared to other hotels besides which were charging around 1500-2000/day, if you are coming to nanital and want to just have a cosy stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, cozy plus the room was all wooden which makes it more beautiful from inside.The staff there was Amazing with a very helpful nature. It was a wonderful experience at neem baba hotel, also the price was low too. thanks and I ll recommend this hotel to everyone and it's a good option for those who doesn't want to pay a lot for hotel.

first of all boy reception were so much friendly ....he called me on my personal number 10 times ....he was eagerly waiting for guest ....he came outside to pickup us...he was very cooperative ......he asked n number of times if we need any help in terms of hotel ....in this price range it was very nice

Nice wooden room and hospitality of Radhey bhaiya. But absence of ventilation in Wash room is issue of smeel otherwise all is good. these rooms are cozy. no view from Window. couple friendly place.
