The flat owner's behavior is discourteous, suggesting cancellation without refunds for any concerns. The rooms are unclean and malodorous, and the location lacks family-friendly amenities. If owner are not interested in renting the flats better to stop the service... why they are making guest uncomfortable totally not recommended to anyone .

Not recommended for family and couples stay. Stay is good and worth for price and get relaxed during travel to and fro kanchipuram/chengalpet. 5kms from SP KOIL
