This was the most amazing hotel that we stayed during our 9 days vizag trip. We stayed for 2 days here, the staffs were amazing. Whenever we were out the room service would come and clean our room, prepare the bed, and provide tea/coffee making ingredients and sealed bisleri water bottles. At the end of the day when we were at our room the bed was already prepared for resting. 24 hour hot water facility ,Hair dryer, active and quick laundry service and all other amenities were fulfilled with 100% professialism. Whenever we visit Vizag in future Ritz Comfort will always be our priority for staying.

the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. the room was spotless and well maintained it was clear that a lot of attention was paid to cleanness. the price was worth it for the quality of the experience.
