Overall not bad. The USP of this hotel is the location. When we checked in we found the AC was not working. But next day the room was changed by manager. In the new room the telephone was not working and it was not rectified till we checked out. As a result I had to go down to reception and restaurant for any requirements. That was really irritating. Also the hotel room cleaning staff were literally following up for "BAKSHISH". Though I would have definitely given them but this follow up was not required. When we checked out, I didn't get a single person who would take my luggage till main gate. I had to do it on my own. Food was good at the restaurant. Looks like the hotel needs repairing and renovations specially the rooms and bathroom.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our trip. excellent location, service and food and the very polite behavior of all the staff.Only disappointment was extreme poor access of wifi.Signal was too weak.We could understand that Hotel and restaurant is run by two different.management.The manager of restaurant purposefully had hidden the QR code scanner to get every day payment from all the customer by cash only.Day 1 i paid food bill by phonepay and next day onwards he kept on saying service problem and there was not swipe machine as well..We are extremely happy with the Hotel Management.I would recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to puri for vacation.All the rooms having seaview balcony.

We are here now on a vacation and today is day 1 of 3. The first impression is good. Room is on first floor, sea facing at an angle. Since Sri Jagannath temple is closed for darshan we had our Prasad delivered at this hotel itself by panda ( puja staff of the temple) who is attached to this hotel. Arranged our transportation for sight seeing also, person came to meet us. Location wise it is just next to beach but a little far from railway station. They have a canteen, which is running at below strength due to covid, but the poori sabji breakfast was good. Dinner roti sabji and chicken was also tasty.

The location of the hotel is excellent...Facing sea beach..not so crowded not so lonely place.The behaviour of manager and stuffs are good and polite though intercom and wall clock both had not been working till our leaving time even after complaining many times.Room service is good.Rooms are good though they should be more specious and have a dressing desk atleast.The experience with restaurant of the hotel is unpleasant...foods were tasteless, undercooked,stale sometimes.

The hotel is adjacent to sea and location wise it is good. The maintenance of the hotel is not up to the standard. The maintenance staff are not available frequently as per need. The room is not properly cleaned. The hotel has restuarant , but the same maintenance problem notice here also. The garden of the hotel is well maintained . The hotelier must pay extra caution on cleanliness and maintenance. Improper maintenance & cleanliness are noticed everywhere.

new sea hawk hotel is really beautiful for stay, all rooms are sea-facing. we stayed in room hotels sea-green restaurant is also famous for good food on reasonable price. we enjoyed staying after a lockdown in September 2021.. Thanks to goibibo for the discount rate.. our room was equipped with Ac, freeze, a big balcony. it's just 150 meters from swargadwar.

I stayed during 26/08/21 to 28/08/21. Hotel is good for stay, recommend for future trip. Hotel food a bit expansive but good to taste. Good location of hotel just roadside nd opposite sea beach. All rooms are having barandah and side sea facing. Cordial hotel staff.

Good Hotel. Though room space is slightly small. As we taken 4 bedded room. Exteriors are excellent. You can spent in the Greeny Lawn with your family members till night. Sea beach is just crossing the road from Hotel.

view is too good but as per price room service is worst . Their is no one for Medicine, water, Glass. when you call in reception, they just said we are closed and hung up the phone.

Good Hotel to book and stay in Puri. This Hotel offers WI FI but bit slow, have car parking. The Hotel is at very good position at Swargadwar.
