The hotel is being placed in the prime location of city near to music academy..It's near to mbc online testing centre,if you are planning for giving exams in the city. Hotel room was old fashioned with mosaic flooring but with a spacious room, good bathroom and neat bed and linen, also got a balcony.. They ve an on campus restaurants and party hall with an ample parking areas

Nice and restful short stay after a long drive. Noise free, superb veg food, comfortable stay. Safe car park is more than a bonus. Despite a dated property and amenities, I would still go for it given the sense of coziness and a sense of "good old Madras" this property offers.

wonderfull and good calm place to stay.good ambience .lift looks like old but all good . food is little costly , better go to rathna cafe near by temple for best food .ac is not not upto mark car parking, ambience , swimming pool, restaurant space and bed space

It’s good stay. Of course there is no word to describe the service n amenities at new woodlands. The best hotel available in chennai. In one word it’s above 5 star hotels. No hotel is matching to new woodlands. 👌🏻👌🏻.

Wifi connectivity is very poor. Stray cats are roaming in the corridor. When guest leave their dirty plates outside their room they may lick the food. Needs to be attended to.
