NEWFORM HOTEL

It was a very very very bad experience, we never had in our entire life, the Food Service was so bad. The break fast was from 8.00 am we where there at 8.00 and no other customer was there at that time but the food was served only @ 8.45 and no one even bothered to take the menu, after a long wait we were served with dosa. for dosa it took 45 min and when we asked him he was throwing the the plate on our table and the treatment was like a beggar in spite of paying money. it is never worth to stay. They had spoiled our entire day and missed many place to visit. I feel Value for money is ZERO staying there I will Never recommend this hotel even to my deadliest enemy. Never ever boooooook your room and food there

Even though it has a hotel look, It is a lodge type accomodation. The room was decent. But the horrible thing was in the midnight at 12.30 the power supply went off, the intercom was not working, I was staying with my family. I searched for the staffs at the reception, the area was in darkness, no one was there, I think there were no other occupants were the hotel, Finally I found 2 hotel staffs were sitting near the gate. They told me that the generator is under repair. The power came back after 1.30. we lost our sleep, and it became a horrible night for me.

Value for Money as far as room is concerned. AC was not working properly. There is a restaurant adjacent to hotel in which people serve you better if you tip them better than others. No cleaning everyday. Only one complimentary water bottle a day. If you are thirsty afterwards, you have to buy it.

Room service is not available here. Only one staff is there in the property and he manages everything. The room is big but the amenities is not up to the standard. Food service is not there in the property. My stay was below average as I am not at all happy with the facilities provided.
