Nidra Hotel near Yashobhoomi(Sector 10, Dwarka)

we checked in at around 5 to 6 pm we order food in room but they get something wrong when we call waiter who come to serve he was drunk and smelling barely we call receptions they said sir u order food if u don’t want cancel it we get down around 8.30 for going out and we ask reception person about drunk waiter and reply was shocking “sir he drunk without our knowledge so we send are arranging new waiter” after that we checked out and book other hotel. it was horrible 3 hours

I have recently stayed at the hotel along with my mother. Our experience was very good. The staff was very supportive and even the room was neat, clean and spacious. They even kept our luggage for a day post checkout and even allowed us to use the spare washroom. There services are excellent and staff is very cooperative and supportive as well. Special mention to Imtiaz Alam who helped us exceptionally. Highly recommend this hotel for safe and comfortable travel experience.

I have booked the room with breakfast by paying extra charges for breakfast but when I called the reception in the morning they said the breakfast buffet will be arranged at 8:00 which was quite late and again i asked for breakfast at 8:00am again they said there is less kitchen staff there will be more delay. So I left the hotel without having breakfast after 8:00 am , For which I paid. Not happy with these types of behaviour done by the hotel.

this hotel is not bad. but if they do certain things will make them better, like , warm welcome, keep the toilet closet clean before the guest enter the room, provide egg item in complementary b/f, regional movie channel, provide bedsheets without torn and stains
