I stayed there for 2 days as a solo traveler. I've booked for 2nights.Pro:1. Not much of a hassle to check in or any unreasonable demand for extra payment.2. 1km away from kiit square3. Wi-Fi, TV, geyser workingCon:1. Staff won't welcome you and won't care whether you need any help with your luggage. You're on your own if carrying heavy luggage.2. Hotel is within a clinic/hospital area, so, beware of unnecessary contact with incoming patients.3. Room's linen and bedsheets are not fully clean as you can see stains everywhere.4. They won't provide any basic amenities like soap, shower gel or anything even if you ask repeatedly5. AC is not good...takes an hour to cool and is in a corner. you can't access it via remote.6. no restaurant/breakfast shop near location, you have to walk atleast 1km.7. They won't provide RO water, I felt unsafe to drink their provided water from loose bottle, so, bought from nearby grocery store.conclusion: If you are traveling with your family, don't book this hotel. If you are a solo traveller looking for a budget hotel near kiit, you can check this.
