Took Non-AC room, on the third floor it was very hot because of ventilation designed for AC rooms. We communicated with the staffs and got room in the 1st floor. Staffs were friendly. However the owner caused issues saying payments are allowed only for 12 hours creating delay and confusion. It was settled. And for this price it was ok.

Its location is superb. Resturants n other req. shops r on both side of the hotel no needs to go long distance in search of ur needs. Auto n buses r available throughout day n night at the door steps.

the wifi system not working on 1st floor. Cleaning not perform on daily basis in rooms with bedsheets change. Otherwise value of money....it's my second visit to guest house.
