The service is really good and all the members and employees were so good to every customer they prioritise over customer satisfaction... The restaurant service is quiet good i find it really amusing cause when customer doesn't seems to be satisfied with there menu or dishes they wont charge anything and hey don't take any tips from customer. The amenities were so good and the ambiance too and food is so good plus hotel is the best including all the services and staff i had the best experience. The hotel location is in centre of attraction you find everything near by without 30 minutes i love the stay at novotel hotel and j would love to come back again for another great experience with Novotel

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean, very comfortable, and cleaning staff were amazing. Having said that, some of the staff members could be a little polite (it takes time to get things done through their staff, ex: getting a bottle of water takes time, having the room cleaned takes time, Reception staff rushes to close the call when asked questions pertaining to buffet timing & wifi, they kinda focus much on foreigners and ignore the local customers). These are some areas that they could improve. However, I had a great time at the hotel.

Three families with kids stayed, and we had an excellent experience. The hospitality was wonderful, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. The indoor games, pool, and food were all great, and our kids had a fantastic time. The reception staff was incredibly kind and professional, providing complete guidance and support. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Buffet dinner and breakfast is so good to taste..My suggestion is to book room with half board..Rooms are very clean no need to say all these Novotel is not a name it's a brand...

This will always be an world class experience. The sit out near the pool is a dreamland during the nights. Will visit always. Lot of nostalgia and love for novotel. Friends enjoyed the exclusive restaurants near stay and the breakfast with baccon.

it was amazing. the staff were very polite and friendly. rooms are very clean and sanitized. the food was good and fresh. there were many activities such as cricket, basketball, and so on. overall, it was a very nice and wonderful stay.
