The hotel did not accept booking and made us wait for 45 minutes. The staff were very rude. After the talks with GoIbibo team then the rooms were provided. The worst ever hospitality i have ever had. Covid protocols also not being followed.Do not choose this hotel even in the worst case scenario.

hotel denied for check in at end time and asking for extra money, thanks to goibibo, they shifted me in better hotel " dev bhumi" . this hotel is part of hotel mafia, they just use our problem to earn more money. don't ever book this hotel. if I would have option of rating 0 , it must be given.

hotel jane ke baad greenland hotel ka manager mujhe room nhi diya.Bole ki tum mujhe 1000 rupees do or fir mei room dunga nhi toh ja sakte ho .Mere paas kuchh option nhi tha family tha isliye mujhe 1000 rupees dena pada.
