Hotel O Florence Guest House And Home Stay

This was our 3rd time stay in this hotel, They are very opportunistic where they demand the high prices when you want to extend your stay, they said that bookings are not taking anymore, so we have to book offline and the price is high. they have only one type of rooms listing, no deluxe room are there, only one type rooms are listed.also no welcome kit like water bottle, bathroom kit provided.first time they allowed outside food but 2nd time they said not 🚫 allowed, wtf is this ? the ambience was good the first time but day by day it gone worse.they called us many times for silly reasons, if we not pick up the call they suddenly came and knocked the door. it's so disturbance yrr

worst experience. bed has bedbugs, bedsheets turned yellow, no blanket was provided, no welcome kit like water bottle, bathroom kit.
