Location of the property is good. Facility has basic amenities such as TV, AC, Room heater etc. However the TV didn't work. The bed is pretty old. There are lizards, cockroaches. Room doesn't get cleaned once you check in. Bedsheet and quilt isn't very clean. The main door of room didn't get locked despite lock & key. Room furniture is pretty old. Water bottle handed to you is tap water. The facility needs better ventilation as there is weird smell in the stairway. Bathroom cleanliness is relatively better. Staff behaviour is good. The facility has great scope for improvement.

Stayed here for two days . Had to ask reception for sending a water bottle and sending food roomservice menus at the room Plug socket isn't proper anything u wanna insert won't go hence couldn't even get geyser to work and use it hence had to take cold bath and phone charging issues. Housekeeping service isn't done on time when the guest is actually out in the morning at the time of usual cleaning hrs. Hotel doesnt put a board hence finding out where it actually is is a task Rest everything is fine compared to other hotels customer service is good .

Good hotel for short stay. Staffs are really helpful. The only problem is there are no nearby places for food. You always need to order it from the hotel or zomato or swiggy. But services are really good. Neat and clean rooms.

Overall Good experience, staff is good and helpful. Rooms are small and not that good, I personally felt. Lack in cleanliness and maintaince. Compact hotel although but overall stay and staff was fine.

It was a very comfortable and convenient stay. Good locality, easy to find as well. Clean and spacious rooms with great service and a huge balcony. Definitely reccomended!
