It was the worst ever experience. It can't go worse than this . My review can go long but I've to share this with everyone. Don't want anyone to suffer like I had to. After I checked in at the hotel ( **** 13624, Kapoor's plaza , Patia, Bhubaneswar ) and settled in my room, someone came and asked me to follow him to the reception. When we reached , someone else handed me a phone saying the hotel manager wants to talk. ( The hotel manager is also the owner of this hotel which I came to know later on ). It took me while to understand why the so called 'manager' is yelling at me and trying to scare me. He had some problem with the booking amount . To which I calmly said I've already paid and my booking was confirmed by your side as well . He started shouting even more and 'ordered' me to leave the hotel or pay βΉ 1000. I was alone and that was my first time in Orissa. I packed my bag and came back to the reception and made calls to the helpline frantically. Thankfully the ibibo care understood the situation and told me to wait till they arrange something for me. I waited in the hall before I was alloted the same room . I'm really thankful to the Ibibo for keep checking on me at regular intervals after the incident and taking this case at high priority and managing professionally. The manager didn't bother to make a call again to apologise. He never even showed up at the hotel. (The receptionist was very supportive and calm . She did apologize on behalf of the rude manager during check out.

Kapoor's Plaza Guest House , NandanKanan Road , Bhubaneswar , Odisha , is situated in a clean & ambient locality with value for money buy kind of shops surrounding it . Recommended for solo travellers , group travellers & families . If , the Kapoor's Plaza Guest House Displays its room tariff board in the front office desk & also a Photo / Pic's of the tariff on Goibibo's website , it would indicate Transparency. If , Complimentary Pick-up & drop facility for its customers to the choice of their tourist destination it will & shall be an added advantage.

Overall very very poor maintenance and service. Non-ac room had waterlogging in bathroom, which was not fixed even after informing them, bed was too small. AC room had no shower due to ongoing maintenance work. Room was dirty and cement/debris strewn everywhere, including common area and stairs. Strictly avoid... better to look in Kiit road, much better options!!

the behaviour of the stuff was really dissappinting. one of my friend came to meet me.And as she was a girl, hence the owner asked for a price extra on hourly basis..this was really insulting.I would never recommend anyone to stay at that hotel

Rs 100 is enough for this kind of hotels, even the dormitory one gives better service than this. His owner is worthless person,never listen to the customers. I wish i could give negative rating. worst ....worst and the most worst hotel.

First of all the provided address on *** is jayadev vihar but the **** hotel is about a distance 10km away from that address. Hotel is at 1km from Kiit square... Never ever choose this guest house... Not worth for your money...

It was a very pleasant stay at Kapoor Plaza Hotel. The room was comfortable neat and clean , the staff was friendly and helpful. and the receptionist was very nice well behaviour. overall good staying.
