I had a overall below average experience with this hotel.i booked this hotel due to walking distance to railway station patiala.i had booked a double bed room, instead of a double bed room , the hotel provided a twin single bed room. There was no intercom facility in the room. Television wasn't working at all, it spoiled the entire interest in RCB match.

hotel was very good,room was very cleaned but only single problem room maids are disturbed more than 3-4 within 3 hrs and says we cleaned the room give us some money.it was not good experience.

Prime location, very few TV channel's, nothing is included in hotel price even not a single water bottle, good housekeeping, water gigers not functional
